Garlic octopus

Ingredients

NUCHAR cooked octopus

200 g.

Garlic

3 teeth

Fresh chopped parsley

1 tablespoon

Small potatoes

3 pc.

Chopped rosemary

A pinch

Salt

A pinch

Olive oil

Fry the sliced garlic cloves. Cut the octopus in slices. Add the octopus and parsley.

Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 8 minutes at maximum power. Caution: very hot product!

Cut the potatoes in half and fry them in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the rosemary and salt.

Plate finish

Serve two potato halves with the skin on and the pieces of octopus in small tapa-type dishes. Drizzle with the oil from frying the octopus. Serve immediately.

Tricks

If you do not have fresh garlic, dehydrated or ground garlic gives a perfect touch.
