Fruit preparation

Cut the mango into squares without the skin. Do the same with the papaya. Cut the apple into wedges with the skin on. Place the fruits in a rectangular dish putting on one side all the fruits and on the other side only the apple pieces.

Smoked salmon loin.

Remove the salmon loin from the package and cut it into 1 cm slices. Place the slices on top of the apple so that they have volume. Add the cream cheese in small mounds on the fruit.

Finish the dish by adding lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Finish with white and black sesame seeds lightly toasted in the pan.
