Drizzle the octopus and potato with a tablespoon of oil.

Place in the Air fryer for 5 m at 180ºC.

Stir halfway through and check that the octopus and potatoes are browned.

Plate finish

Prepare a bed of seasoned green sprouts on a plate and place the octopus skewers and the browned potatoes on top. Season with salt, paprika and oil to taste. Serve immediately.

Tricks

Add a tablespoon of oil to the juice remaining in the pan, stir it and add it to the dish.
