Boil baby potatoes for 15 minutes in salted water.
Add eggs, onions and carrots after 8 minutes.
Split the potatoes and place in a baking dish.
Place the whole octopus on top.
Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, paprika and garlic.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C with broiler.
Chef’s tip: before serving, reheat it for 5 minutes with the fan setting on and the grill off.
Sauté the rest of the vegetables while the octopus is baking.
