Sauté the sepitas
Sauté some garlic with a little oil, add the sepitas until lightly toasted. Add Cherry tomatoes and doralos lightly. Add parsley chopped.
Soy sauce on the side
Pour the soy sauce into a bowl.
Squeeze the lime directly onto the soy sauce.
Add the sauce Perry.
Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
Add white and black sesame seeds
Whisk the mixture gently.
Serve the sauce in a small bowl, such as side dish.
Plating
On small appetizer plates, serve the sepitas served with tender green sprouts. Serve with the Soy sauce on the side.
