We use giant squid (Dosidicus Gigas) from the Peruvian and Mexican coasts. It has a pleasant smell and taste of fish with hints of seafood and its texture is soft and smooth.

• We cook the raw material in immersion, with boiling water temperature to achieve the right texture and flavor. Vacuum skin tray packaging, to preserve its characteristics.
• Ready to cook. Heat it in a bain-marie, grill, barbecue, steam, microwave or even in cold preparations.
