Slices of NUCHAR® cooked garlic slices

Diced fresh vegetables:

To taste

Tomato

Carrot

Green and red bell pepper

Onion

Vinaigrette

Olive oil

Vinegar (lemon juice can be substituted)

1 tablespoon

Ground black pepper

A pinch

Chopped parsley

1 teaspoon

In a bowl, emulsify the oil with the rest of the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.

Cut the previously washed vegetables into small pieces and mix them with the cooked garlic slices.

Pour the vinaigrette and mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately.

Plate finish

Serve on individual plates. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
